Wanda Norrick joins our team as Vice President - Director of Asset Management for Asset Campus Housing. With over 7 years of experience in student housing, Wanda has an in depth knowledge & experience in business planning, profitability, management and implementation. Wanda possesses broad based management, communication, organizational, team building and decision making skills.

Wanda’s current duties include the oversight of property management team on financial reviews, reporting requirements and operational issues to ensure compliance with ownership directives and budget. Wanda will also assist with underwriting, prepare a strategic business plan, approve capital expenses, review and control cash management, conduct semi annual and annual meetings with ownership, as well as review annual budget before the submission to ownership for approval.

Before joining Asset Campus Housing, Wanda served as Regional Vice President at Fairfield Residential. As Regional Vice President Wanda supervised and oversaw operations, maintenance and administrative functions for the student property portfolio ranging from 3,300 beds to 7, 711 beds. Wanda also worked with Asset Mangers during sales processes including budget reforecast, lease projections and due diligence.
