Joining Asset Campus Housing with over 23 years experience in the student housing industry, Stuart began his career working on-campus as a Residence Hall Director at the University of Tennessee – Knoxville. Subsequently Stuart returned to the University of Georgia as a Residence Life Coordinator before becoming the Assistant Director of Housing at Trinity University in San Antonio, TX. Stuart then joined Century Campus Housing Management, L.P. (now Campus Living Villages) and held various positions, including Property Manager of what was then Century’s largest on-campus development (2,000 beds) in partnership with the University of Texas at San Antonio. During his tenure as Regional Manager for Century, Stuart assisted with the launch of the second phase of the Greek Housing project (Adelphi Commons II) developed at Arizona State University, as well as successfully opened the first student housing project at Arizona State University – West Campus in Glendale, AZ.

Prior to joining Asset Campus Housing, Stuart was Vice President of Operations for Campus Advantage, Inc., where he managed a portfolio of 18 student housing properties totaling 8,071 beds for the company’s largest institutional client, CalSTRS (California State Teachers Retirement System) in addition to another 3,000 properties for various owners. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Georgia.
