In November, Asset Campus Housing Property Managers and the corporate team headed to Austin, Texas for the annual Student Housing Conference. This annual meeting features an information exchange where attendees spend hours in brainstorming sessions and breakout groups where they share innovative ideas for marketing/leasing, discuss new trends in the industry, and put their heads together to come up with solutions in challenging markets.

Asset Campus Housing has over 33 properties located nationwide, so getting all the managers together is no easy task! The conference was successful in allowing managers to interact and network with people they do not normally see. Of course, this wouldn¹t be student housing without some fun! The group attended the Esther¹s Follies comedy show on famous 6th Street, where one of our own participated in the show.
