Opus begins construction 120-unit student housing project near University of Minnesota

May 26, 2011|Opus Development Corporation recently began construction on Stadium Village Flats, an apartment and retail complex located in Stadium Village near the University of Minnesota’s East Bank campus in Minneapolis.

University View student housing team is top fundraiser for 2011 Friendship Walk

Congratulations to the University View team in College Park, Maryland for successfully raising over $2,500 for the 2011 Best Buddies Friendship Walk. The Walk helps the community come together in building a more accepting and inclusive future for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It was announced Saturday afternoon that the University View team was the number one fundraiser at the event and they will be the winners of this spectacular trophy pictured below!
