Team members represent ACH at the 2011 NAA SH Conference

Three ACH leaders are currently attending the 2011 National Apartment Association Student Housing Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada while also sitting on discussion panels and presenting to colleagues. The conference serves to communicate with providers and suppliers in the student housing industry of the unique positions we are in to continue growth during a national economic downturn.

Protect your pipes and property

Have you ever left a soda in the freezer to chill for just a few minutes and then forgot about it?  If you have, you know that the soda explodes all over your freezer - much like what happens with outdoor pipes in cold weather. Water expands when it hits a freezing temperature and that causes the pipes to burst resulting in serious damage to your property.
