Asset Plus Companies sends a group of Multifamily Property Managers and Supervisors for a cruise each year. The trip is designed to keep onsite staff informed of new trends, reporting, marketing and best operations practices. And, there is time for fun, too! These Property Managers work hard all year long to make sure their properties are performing and well-maintained and this is a vacation they have both earned and DESERVE! 2009¹s cruise destination was Cozumel, Mexico and a team of 25 boarded in the middle of November to escape the cold Houston weather and enjoy some much needed sun!Asset Campus Housing at Annual Student Housing Conference

In November, Asset Campus Housing Property Managers and the corporate team headed to Austin, Texas for the annual Student Housing Conference. This annual meeting features an information exchange where attendees spend hours in brainstorming sessions and breakout groups where they share innovative ideas for marketing/leasing, discuss new trends in the industry, and put their heads together to come up with solutions in challenging markets.
