Asset Plus Companies sends a group of Multifamily Property Managers and Supervisors for a cruise each year. The trip is designed to keep onsite staff informed of new trends, reporting, marketing and best operations practices. And, there is time for fun, too! These Property Managers work hard all year long to make sure their properties are performing and well-maintained and this is a vacation they have both earned and DESERVE! 2009¹s cruise destination was Cozumel, Mexico and a team of 25 boarded in the middle of November to escape the cold Houston weather and enjoy some much needed sun!

Team building events kept downtime at a minimum; training sessions were efficient and included lots of brainstorming and interaction. Thanks to Dan at Gemstar who does so much to make this trip possible each year and to all the hard work our team at Asset Plus puts in all year round!
