Our Leadership
The Asset Campus Housing executive team has held management positions in the historically top ranked student housing firms in the nation. In fact, we possess over 100 years of cumulative experience and have been involved with the supervision of over 50,000 student housing beds from California to Florida.
Our current team of just over 500 employees is 100% dedicated to quality student housing development and operations for the benefit of students, parents, universities, and communities in which we operate. Our experience includes the marketing, opening, and operations of dozens of student housing projects both off and on-campus; including start-ups on a number of commuter campuses with no prior housing tradition.
The company has evolved with the achievements of our senior personnel who have spent their entire careers in the private student housings industry working with leaders and their university counter parts. The company has one of the most experienced staffs in the industry with expertise in leasing, marketing, property management, asset management, financial analysis, accounting, construction and other specialties.
